You build and grow YouTube channels for global audiences (mostly English): steering the production team's content, running channels and reading the numbers to make decisions.
What we're looking for
Expertise
- Enjoys creative work; 6 months in a similar role preferred
- Full-time college/university degree: Economics, Business Administration, Marketing
- Good English listening and reading (certificates are a plus)
- Born 1996 – 2004
Attitude
- Positive and cheerful at work
- Proactive and able to handle pressure
- Eager to grow, ready to take on the unfamiliar
- Responsible and attentive to small details
Skills
- Self-learning and self-research
- Basic office software skills
- Video editing and thumbnail design are a plus

Responsibilities

Channel operations
- Research the market and competitors to guide topics for the production team
- Build channels, upload videos, engage the audience
- Analyse YouTube reports and recommend production direction
- Give feedback and direction on thumbnails
- Summarise trends for production daily/weekly
- Work with scriptwriters on detailed scripts

Structured reporting
- Track work plans
- Write monthly goals and plans
- Check in on OKRs and report progress weekly and monthly

Keep learning
- Proactively learn channel management
- Learn and apply OKRs
- Share knowledge with the team
