Responsibilities

Ranking strategy for articles
- Build off-page strategy and plans to hit project goals
- Link building: forums, blogs, guest posts, press…
- Research the market and competitors to find the best ranking strategy
- Build trust, entities and Google News presence for new sites
- Build PBN networks and find quality expired domains
- Monitor and block low-quality backlinks
- Review the quality, volume and timing of assigned work
- Train less experienced staff

Reporting to your lead
- Track plans and progress
- Write monthly goals and plans
- Check in on OKRs and report progress weekly and monthly

Keep learning
- Keep up with algorithm updates and new SEO strategies
- Learn and apply OKRs
- Share knowledge with the team

Collaboration & support
- Work with the dev and content teams per project
- Design learning paths and personally train SEO trainees
- Confidentiality: no disclosing projects, no outside projects
